TALP-Tree backend reports same metrics for all regions

When running FESOM with neSmiK and the TALP-Tree backend I get the same metric value for all regions fesom_talp_tree.pdf.

@jpocurul has tried running DLB without neSmiK, and it works fine.

So it looks like it's neSmiK fault.
