Remove too much Nesmik output

When running an app with Nesmik, messages like the following appear at the beginning of the execution:

NESMIK init called with: ProperlyNested and Backend: env  
Selecting nesting mode to: assume properly nested behavior

These same lines appear in each process. Can you make it so they appear only once?
