Imrpove MPI events reporting

Objective: Save MPI events the same way as Extrae saves it, so it can be understood by Paraver and Basicanalysis tools.

To do so, instead of using the default stats scripts for mpi_trace, the different events should be obtained from the SQLite database, where they are grouped by event type (p2p, coll, other).
