Inlcude NVTX metadata relative to NCCL calls
Check new tables NVTX_PAYLOAD_* that contain this information. Schema reference for version 2024.5 is still not documented in official documentation as per today. In SQLite DB, this information appears in the jsonText column of NVTX_EVENTS table.
