Using --without-arg was not being respected

* NANOX_CONFIGURE_ARGS was being defined in several lines breaking
    the configure step.
* Remove or replace obsolete macros

Fix #1227

Installed devinclude headers have conditional code depending on options
detected at configure time. This header is needed in the prefix to match
those ones to the installed libraries.

When configure checks are finished, a summary is printed to inform
the user which features have been enabled or not, depending on
configuration flags, check results, etc.
If a feature was not present, it was not specified whether the
feature was present or not (just empty text).
Therefore, we added 'disabled' and 'enabled' words when a feature
such as allocator, memtracker, etc. is present.

They are already performed in file m4/ax_check_memkind.m4

Adding task callback experimental mechanism; enabled through configure option --enable-task-callback; closes #1156

support to be compiled.
Corrected AC_SUBST variable name for NANOX_BUILD_VERSION, used to generate
VERSION file in make dist.
Several bugfixes in m4 macros.
