Added RegionStopLast

This PR closes #3 (closed) and was requested by @jpocurul ;) I added a test, and from my side it was straight forward. Please note that you should def run the detection backend first in order to check for PN behavior, otherwise results will be shit.

@amendez if you have time: input is highly appreciated 😄 Please ignore the most files in bindings as i auto generate them :)
