Functions gaspi_wait and gaspi_queue_purge are no longer supported

These functions should not be called when using the Task-Aware
GASPI (TAGASPI) library since the completion of one-sided
operations is transparently managed by the library.

Additionally, these functions are not compatible with the latest
changes on the locking of the one-sided operations' implementations
