Function gaspi_wait is no longer supported

This function should not be called when using the Task-Aware
GASPI (TAGASPI) library since the completion of one-sided
operations is transparently managed by the library.

Additionally, this function is not compatible with the latest
changes on the locking of the InfiniBand one-sided operations'
implementation.
