Resource paradigm changes, working version

Now workers are identified as tasks, so treated as different processes
because they don't share memory.
Therefore now extrae is initalized in every worker.
Writing of temporal files is made on different files to avoid conflicts
this needs using a custom extrae.xml, included in utils
