Configure NTP

Rodrigo Arias Mallo requested to merge add-ntp into master

Enables NTP and configures the time.bsc.es as server.

It is not working yet as traffic to time.bsc.es seems to be blocked, I'm waiting for Arnau to configure the firewall.

To be merged after !13 (merged).
