Adds the lake2 node with ceph storage and other stuff

The lake2 machine (the lake1 is waiting to be assembled) will provide storage and redundancy to the ceph filesystem. We should be able to physically remove a disk from lake2 or bay without affecting the performance or the access to the files in /ceph.

The access to /ceph available in owl[1-2] and hut.
